HSBC is a member of Banking Codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI). The 'Code of Bank's Commitment to Customers' as at August 2009 and the 'Code of Bank's Commitment to Micro and Small Enterprises' as at May 2008, released by the BCSBI, are displayed below. The 'Code of Bank's Commitment to Customers' was revised in August 2009 and HSBC is in the process of implementing the revisions in the Code.
