It's been a great experience for me to bank on HSBC. This bank gives a statement as per my schedule time on my mobile phone. This bank gives me compliment on my birthday. Also this bank pays my bills from my account only when I place an order for doing so.

I am very much satisfied with the prompt service I have received from HSBC in regards to both my Savings Account and Credit Card. The customer care service and internet banking service provided is one of the best in India. I have a few other bank accounts but nothing like HSBC, it's the best.

On my recent overseas trip to Egypt and Turkey, my spouse and I checked in early at the Istanbul Airport and had time to visit the HSBC Premier lounge. It was a most comfortable and pleasing experience. Even the beverage and snacks buffet were top class. I also had time to browse and check my emails on the internet stations. Thank you for the Premier Lounge Service.
