Instant@dvice saves exporters and importers precious time and money by offering the following advantages:

 Enhanced accuracy in document preparation
'Cut' the relevant text from the copy of the DC sent to you via e-mail and 'paste' it on other trade documents as required.

 Greater efficiency and convenience
Simply send the relevant information to your buyer, supplier, freight forwarder, insurance provider or other trade partners immediately.

 Improved logistics management
Reduce the time spent waiting for phone calls, faxes and even delivery of hard copy advices of your transactions with HSBC. Upon receipt of the DC, you can start your manufacturing and sourcing process immediately or send it onto your supplier and other trade partners, hassle-free.

How can Instant@dvice benefit you?

 As an export customer
You can nominate up to five e-mail addresses to receive a copy of your export DCs, subsequent amendment(s) and other advices ^#

You can sign up for our free DC Safe Custody service. With this service, your original DCs will be securely kept with HSBC, saving you courier, handling and storage costs.

^# Only one e-mail address will receive other export advices.

 As an import customer
You can nominate one e-mail address to receive a copy of your import DCs, subsequent amendment(s) and other advices.
