• These offers are brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and are open to all HSBC Premier Credit Card / Debit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholders"). Any participation is voluntary.
• "Offers" mean the discounts and promotions mentioned here
• "Participating establishment" are the establishments, shops, retail stores, merchants which are part of this offer and are covered in the communication.
• These Offers are available till the specified validity date and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer that may be in force.
• All offers are subject to availability.
• Card holders to verify with Participating establishment on specific merchant terms and condition related to the offer and the list of outlets in India (if applicable) where the offer is applicable
• Cardholders should announce the intent to avail of the offer before the bill is prepared. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The Offers are being made by the participating establishments. HSBC is not making any offers and does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability or delivery of the products / services included in these offers or about the participating establishments.
• Prior to using any participating establishment website, the Cardholder should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to book the Offer only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder shall be required to give personal information and Credit Card details online for availing the offer. The Cardholder should read and understand the Privacy policy for the said website, prior to providing such information.
• HSBC is not liable for any defect or deficiency in the product or service obtained / availed under these offers and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of availing the Offer. All disputes in this regard should be taken up directly by the Cardholder with the participating establishment.
• All decisions in respect of the Offers shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. All Cardholders waive any and all rights of claim with regard to the offers against HSBC.
• Any disputes arising out of these Offers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
• HSBC reserves its absolute right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of these Offers at any time without prior intimation to the cardholders.
• The Offers are valid only in the outlets mentioned on the website: www.hsbcpremier.co.in

• These Offers are subject to force majeure events.
• Tax liability, if any will be borne by the cardholder.
• By availing the Offers the Cardholder accepts all the above mentioned terms and conditions.
