Eligibility: To be eligible for HSBC Premier's Junior Savings Account, you need not maintain a separate minimum average quarterly balance in your minor account. All you need to do is maintain a Total Relationship Balance of Rs. 25,00,000 across your HSBC Premier accounts. The balance can include a combination of deposits and balances.

^# Family, in the current context means all or any of the following relatives of the HSBC Premier customer: a) a spouse b) a minor child i.e. child under the age of 18 years c) unmarried daughter d) dependant parents. To avail of the Family Services and Global Premier benefits the family member needs to be a signatory in the HSBC India Premier account who has signed the Premier Consent form or holds a Premier Supplementary Credit Card issued by HSBC India. Incase you have not signed the Premier Consent form, kindly contact your nearest HSBC branch in India for details.

^## HSBC Premier's Junior Savings Account is a resident minor account in the name of the child under the age of 18.

^### HSBC Premier Platinum Debit Card will be issued to minors above 16 years only, with the parent / guardian's consent and request. Regular HSBC Premier Platinum Debit Card T&C's applicable. Existing HSBC Premier's Junior Savings customers who have HSBC Premier Debit Cards, will receive the HSBC Premier Platinum Debit Card on renewals.
