  • This promotion is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and is open only to HSBC Premier's Junior Savings Account holders who are Resident Indian customers of HSBC India (hereinafter referred to as "Customers"). Under this promotion, the Junior Account holder will be entitled to receive 1 Home Video, from HSBC Premier. This Home Video will be hereinafter referred to as "gift".
  • The choice of gift will be at the sole discretion of HSBC and is subject to change without any prior notice.
  • The gift under this offer shall be dispatched / couriered at the mailing address on record with HSBC as at the time of dispatch, within 30 days from date of minor account opening. The gifts shall be delivered / couriered at mailing addresses in India only.
  • All decisions in respect of the offer, including number of gifts will be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same will be final and binding and is non-contestable. All Customers waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the promotion against HSBC.
  • HSBC makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of gift.
  • HSBC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, by using the gift.
  • HSBC reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • This gift cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash.
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against HSBC.
  • HSBC shall not to be held responsible for the content/objective of the Home Video. HSBC is only providing this Home Video as a gift and is not endorsing the said Home Video or its content. The Home Video provided is certified U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification, India, which means that this Home Video is for standard viewing by adults as well as children. The customers should use their discretion in determining whether parental guidance is required for viewing this Home Video.
  • The promotion is subject to force majeure events.
  • By accepting this promotion, the customers accept the Terms and Conditions as specified above in toto.
