General Terms & Conditions:

  • This offer is brought to you by MasterCard and can be availed by all HSBC Premier MasterCard Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder") of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) in India.
  • Cardholders can avail of Lounge Access at all Clipper Lounges run by the Oberoi Airport Services (OAS) (MasterCard Lounges) in Domestic and International Airports in India. Please refer to the details of the Airports and Lounges given above.
  • This Offer is valid till 31 December 2012.
  • Access at the MasterCard Lounges would be given upon successful authorization of the HSBC Premier  MasterCard Credit Card on the electronic terminals placed at the MasterCard Lounges and shall be controlled by the use of Point Of Sale terminals which have been set up and programmed especially for this purpose.
  • Cardholder will be required to produce his/her HSBC Premier MasterCard Credit Card (Card) for a swipe authorization prior to entry to the MasterCard Lounge for the purpose of conducting a dummy transaction (of Rs.25) to ensure that the Card account is active and eligible for the purpose of the Program. An authorization for a token amount will be taken from the Cardholder's account to record his/her entry. This token amount will not be charged to the Cardholders account i.e., will not be sent for clearing. Charge-slips will be generated for approved transactions and handed over to the Cardholder for record.
  • Only the Cardholder whose name is mentioned on the Card, that has been authorized, shall be allowed access to the MasterCard Lounge.
  • This offer can be modified, amended, changed or revoked anytime by MasterCard or HSBC without prior intimation.
  • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer being run simultaneously by MasterCard Lounges.
  • Neither MasterCard nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates nor MasterCard's member banks nor any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively the "Promoters") assumes any responsibility for the products or services offered at the participating MasterCard Lounges. The products and services are sold or licensed or provided solely by the respective merchants and the Promoters accept no liability whatsoever in connection with the products and services.
  • This offer is the sole responsibility of MasterCard. HSBC shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the products/services availed of under this offer and all disputes in this regard are the sole responsibility of MasterCard.
  • HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, suitability or availability of the services / products in the MasterCard Lounges and HSBC shall not be liable for any defect or deficiency in the service/product under this offer. All disputes in this regard should be taken up by the Cardholder with the MasterCard Lounges/MasterCard directly.
  • The offer is subject to force majeure events.
  • Tax liability, if any, is to be borne by the Cardholder.
  • By participating in this offer, the Cardholder accepts all the Terms and Conditions as specified above in totality.
