Lost Card Liability*:

As an HSBC Premier Credit Cardholder, you will have no liability if you were to lose your credit card provided you report & register the loss of card to HSBC / ICICI Lombard. You are also covered for misuse of your HSBC Premier Credit Card upto 24 Hrs before reporting and registering for upto Rs.300,000. However, you will be liable for all the charges incurred on your HSBC Premier Credit Card before 24 Hrs from reporting and registering the loss.

Online Fraud Protection*:

In the unfortunate event of a misuse / fraud for an online transaction on your HSBC Premier Credit Card, you will be covered for upto Rs.300,000. However, you need to report & register the misuse within 15 days from the statement period end date, mentioned on the credit card statement bearing details of the fraudulent transactions.

* All insurance benefits listed above are provided directly to Credit Cardholders by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd., whose terms, conditions and decisions, for which the bank is not liable, will apply.
