SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise)
HSBC's collaboration with SIFE is called The HSBC Financial Literacy Forum. The project is active in more than 15 countries and establishes student teams on university campuses to work in the community on market economics, entrepreneurship, success skills, financial literacy and business ethics. HSBC employees in India participate in judging events and mentoring college teams
Junior Achievement
Junior Achievement India (JA) is a non–profit organization dedicated to educating students about entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy through experiential, hands–on programs. In partnership with businesses and educators it acts as a bridge between education and industry.
Next Generation Development Programme
A leadership development programme designed to develop future leaders of the HSBC Group. The programme focuses on practical application of learning and real outcomes - participants will develop through a mix of individual study and group work, which is then applied to real business scenarios. Participants will also be provided with coaching to allow them to focus on their own developmental needs. |
