The HSBC Chevening Scholarships replaces the HSBC Scholarships Programme which was discontinued in 2010. The new arrangement offers not two, but three scholarships to Indian nationals wishing to pursue a post-graduate degree in the UK.

HSBC Chevening Scholarships: Announcement

HSBC and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, UK are pleased to announce the HSBC Chevening Scholarships for the academic year 2012-2013. Three scholarships are available to Indian nationals wishing to pursue a one-year Masters Course at any UK University preferably in subjects related to finance, economics and environmental studies.

The closing date for applications is Tuesday, 28 February 2012 before 12.00 PM (IST).

In 2011, the HSBC Chevening Scholarships were awarded to Dhriti Dhaundiyal, Ajay Gupta and Ruhi Kandhari.
