The above service charges are subject to Service tax and any other cess applicable as per prevailing rates, current service tax and education cess rate applicable @ 12.36% unless otherwise specified.
'RTGS' - Real Time Gross Settlement, which can be defined as the continuous (real-time) settlement of funds transfers individually on an order by order basis.
'NEFT' National Electronics Funds Transfer System is an electronic fund transfer system that operates on a Deferred Net Settlement (DNS) basis which settles transactions in batches.
#This facility requires separate registration.
## Subject to Internet Banking Limits as designated on Customer's HSBC account. On registering for Internet Banking Service, the Customer will be provided with third party pre-designated and non designated limits. Pre-designated limits can be set upto INR 15 Lacs per customer per day and Non designated Limits can be set upto INR 15 Lacs per customer per day. Customers will have the option to increase / reduce his limits as per the maximum limits provided by the bank through his internet banking login. Customers are requested to visit nearest HSBC Branch for executing outward RTGS / NEFT transaction above INR 15 Lacs.
1 Monthly balance has to be maintained for the previous month.
2 Requests placed at Branch, Call Centre and Personal Internet Banking applicable per cheque book.
3 Charges applicable per request .
4 Charges applicable per account. If you are not satisfied about your choice of current / savings account opened with the Bank , within 14 days of making your first payment into the account , the Bank will help you switch to another category of accounts or will refund the deposit made to the account with any interest it may have earned. Account closure charges or account closure notice period will be not applicable in this case.
5 Charges applicable per instrument.
6 Charges applicable per account per quarter.
7 "Collect At Branch" Deliverables include following items collected from HSBC branches: Account Statements, Debit Card, Welcome Kit, Demand Draft, Debit PIN, Credit PIN, Internet Banking Password, Phone Banking PIN, Cheque Book.
