How to apply for 'Balance Transfer' online |

To apply for 'Balance Transfer', you first need to log in to your HSBC Internet Banking Account. Once you are logged in, follow the steps detailed below to apply for 'Balance Transfer'. Please click here if you are not an Internet Banking user and would like to register for Internet Banking. |

| Click on 'Apply Now' from the left navigaton. |

| In this section, click on 'Balance Transfer'. |
|
| Select the HSBC credit card number to which you want the outstanding balance to be transferred. |
|
| Choose the bank name and enter the card details from which you want to transfer the outstanding amount to your HSBC credit card. |

| Click on 'Apply' to submit your request. |
|
| You will now be able to review your balance transfer details. Click on 'Confirm' if you do not want to make any further changes. |

| You will be prompted to enter your 6 digit security code. Use your Internet Security Device to generate the same. Click on 'Confirm' to continue. To find out more about the Internet Security Device, click here. |

| You have successfully applied for a balance transfer online. HSBC shall, on approval, send the demand draft favouring the other credit card account for the approved transfer amount to your mailing address. Click on 'Make another application' if you wish to transfer outstanding balance amount from one more credit card. |
