HSBC will provide credit card re-payment cheque pick-up facility for its credit card customers. This facility is currently offered in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Follow these simple steps to have your cheque collected:

• Just call 1800 112888 from MTNL or BSNL phone or (city STD code) 30306200 from any other phone for availing the cheque pick - up facility
• Give your name, last 4 digits of your card, full address with landmarks and contact number
• Please call atleast 48 hours prior to the time when you want the cheque to be picked up
• The representative would put the cheque received from you into a self adhesive envelope and seal the same in your presence
• You may call our customer service centre in case of any queries with regard to the pick up of your cheque
