Terms and Conditions

  • You can avail of repayment cheque pickup facility (Service) for repayment of dues on your credit card. All instructions for the Service should be given through a phone call at designated contact numbers between 9 am to 6 pm on working days (other than national holidays) or through any other medium / channel as may be prescribed by the Bank from time to time. You can give only instruction per card at a time.
  • You shall be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information/instruction provided to the Bank for use of this Service. The Bank shall not be required to independently verify the veracity, authenticity or validity of the instructions. Bank accepts no liability for the consequences arising out of erroneous information provided by you. If you notice an error in the instructions provided to the Bank, you shall immediately advise the Bank, which in turn will endeavour to correct the error on a best efforts basis.
  • This Service shall be available only at your office and residence address and shall only be available from 9 am to 6 pm on working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • An attempt to pick-up will be done once on the specified date and time
    • If you are not present at the specified address, our third party Service Providers will leave 'We missed you' message and advise you to register the request again or make use any alternate mode for making the payments
    • If the Service Provider is unable to trace the address specified, it will attempt to call you on the specified contact number.
    • In any case if the pick up / 'missed you' message or phone call is not received on the stipulated date of pick up, it shall be assumed that the attempt to pick has been unsuccessful and treated as lapsed. To reinitiate the Service, you shall be required to provide fresh instructions.
  • Cheques will be collected in self-adhesive envelopes and you shall be issued an acknowledgement. Please ensure that the envelope is sealed before handing over to the service provider. A self-carbonated acknowledgement copy will be retained with the envelope for the bank records.
  • You shall not handover self/bearer cheques to the Service Provider and in the event such cheques are handed over, you shall be responsible any losses suffered.
  • For cheque pick-up request your Credit card account will be charged Rs. 35 per pick-up request executed successfully or any other sum as may be decided from time to time. The Bank shall charge and recover from the cardholder, fees along with applicable taxes for availing the Service. This service is complimentary for Platinum Credit Cardholders once a month.
  • In order to avoid service charges or late payment fees we request that your cheque should reach us atleast three working days prior to the due date of payment this will ensure your payment is processed in due time. Failure to do so may attract requisite charges as applicable. You shall be solely responsible to ensure that the payment reaches the Bank in time for it to be processed by the stipulated due date.
  • All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the Credit Card Services Guide will be applicable unless otherwise stated above. By availing this Service, it shall be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Service is available only to non-delinquent customers as per their monthly credit card statement.
