In this policy, the investment risk in investment portfolio is borne by the policyholder.

Canara HSBC Oriental Bank Of Commerce Life Insurance company's Grow Smart Plan is a whole life unit linked insurance plan that provides you the flexibility of choosing your investment besides providing protection to your family for whole of your life. Premiums are payable for 10 years or [up to age 99? Age at entry]. Benefits of the policy are payable in the event of the insured's death. This Plan provides you the twin benefit of securing your life as well as investing in the underlying funds, giving you the opportunity to make potential market returns. At the same time, it does not compromise on the security that you want to provide your loved ones.

Product Boundary
Entry Age : Your age should be 7 years and 65 years
Premium Payment Term : You can choose a payment term of 10 years or more (up to age 99 years); depending on your financial planning.
Policy Term : While you can pay premium for a shorter duration, you are covered throughout your life.

Premium Options
This Plan offers only annual premium payment frequency. The minimum annual premium is Rs.25, 000. You will have to pay this premium throughout the premium payment term chosen by you.

Loyalty Addition
1% of your fund value will be added by way of additional allocation of units at the end of the 15th policy year to boost your investments.

Investment Funds
You can choose to invest in 5 investment funds with equity exposure ranging from 0% to 100%, depending on your investment philosophy:

• Equity II fund
• Growth plus Fund
• Balanced plus Fund
• Debt plus Fund
• Liquid Fund

Partial Withdrawal
You can easily withdraw money from your fund in case of financial emergency through partial withdrawals, after 5 years.

Flexibilities
You can actively manage your investments by switching your money from one fund to another and through redirection of premiums.

You can choose a range of life cover as per your protection needs. Also you have the flexibility to increase or reduce your Sum Assured, depending upon your changing needs.
