Please state if you have received any medical
advice in the last 5 years and whether you are covered under a domestic
and overseas medical cover. You will need to read and then check the box to confirm your acceptance of the Health and Data declaration. You will also need to check the box to authorise HSBC to debit the premium amount from your bank account. |

Enter your HSBC account number. The premium payable
will be debited from this account. You will need to check the box to confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. |

Click on 'Buy Now' to complete the application
process. You have successfully applied for Travel Guard online. The policy certificate will be sent to you by email on the Email ID provided by you. |
