Terms & Conditions
  1. This offer is available to The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as "HSBC") VISA Credit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as "Cardholders") and brought to you by Indiaideas ('Bill Desk').IndiaIdeas.com Limited E 510, Crystal Plaza, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053
  2. Any participation by the Cardholders shall be voluntary and Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer.
  3. This offer is open for participation to all HSBC VISA Credit Cardholders in India. To qualify for the privileges under this offer, customers should register for offline bill payment services through the Visa bill pay offer.
  4. Registration for the offline bill payment service does not necessarily require the customer to be an HSBC Internet Banking customer and does not necessarily involve registering on PIB. The modes of registration, include physical form based registration or telephonic call based registration.
  5. HSBC does not underwrite or warrant the contents of this offer.
  6. HSBC shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing of this offer.
  7. The VISA Bill pay Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers. The benefits offered in the VISA Bill pay offer are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other merchandise.
  8. Offer redemption is the sole responsibility of the participating Utility providers. HSBC or Visa is not responsible for any charge/cancellation of the Offer by merchants.
  9. Any disputes regarding the offer must be addressed in writing, by the Cardholder directly to ‘Bill Desk’ and HSBC will not entertain any communication in this regard.
  10. Any and all disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
