How to pay your bills online using HSBC's Internet Banking

To pay your bills online, you will first need to log in to your HSBC Internet Banking account. Once you are logged in, follow the steps detailed below to make multiple bill payments.

Step A Click on 'Pay Bills/Card-to-Card Transfer' from the left navigation.
 
Step B In this section, select 'Pay Multiple Bills/Transfer to VISA Cards'.
 
Step C Select the account from which funds will be used to pay your bills. To check the balance in your savings / current account, click on 'Check Balance'.
 
Step D Select the Biller to whom the payment is to be made.
 
Step E Select the date on which the payment is to be made. Please ensure that bill payments are made atleast 3 business days before the due date.

You can use the calendar icon to select the date.

Step F Enter the amount to be paid in Indian Rupees. Please enter the exact amount as per your bill. Inaccurate or delayed payments could be rejected.
 
Step G You can make payments to more than one biller at a time. Simply select another biller and continue using steps 'E' and 'F' above.
 
Step H Click on 'Pay' to continue.
 
Step I You will now be displayed a summary of all the details entered by you. Click on 'Confirm' to pay your bills.
 
Step J You have successfully scheduled payment of your bills online. Click on 'Pay more bills' if you wish to make more payments.
