How to View and Download your E-statements |

To view and download your E-Statements, you will first need to log in to your HSBC Internet Banking account. Once you are logged in, follow the steps detailed below to view your E-Statements. To view the statement you will need Adobe Reader 3.0 or higher installed on your computer (available on the internet at www.adobe.com). If you are not an Internet Banking user and would like to register for Internet Banking, please click here for a demo on how to register. |

Click on 'Statements / Advices' from
the left navigation. |

To view your Accounts E-Statements, click on
'View and Download Account E-Statement'. |

To view your Credit Cards E-Statements, click
on 'View and Download Credit Card E-Statement'. |

You will be displayed a list of E-Statements
that have been generated. Click on the month to view the E-Statement for
that month. Please note that only the latest 6 credit card e-statements and the latest 12 bank account e-statements are held on your HSBC Internet Banking account. You may download these statements on to your computer if you want to store them for a longer period. |
