If you have a Savings or Current Account with HSBC, you can subscribe to the following Alerts:
| Credit > amount | Alert will be sent when you receive a Credit to your account above the amount specified by you. |
| Debit > amount | Alert will be sent when there is a Debit from your Account above the amount specified by you. |
| Balance > amount | An alert will be sent when the balance in your account goes above the amount defined by you. |
| Balance < amount | An alert will be sent when the balance in your account goes below the amount defined by you. |
| Weekly Mini Statement | Details of last 5 transactions will be sent once a week on a day specified by you. |
| Monthly Mini Statement | Details of the last 5 transactions will be sent once a month on a date specified by you. |
Transaction alerts
Get an instant SMS alert on transactions done using your Debit/Credit Cards.
Examples of transactions include usage at merchant outlets via Swipe, payment over the Internet or merchant IVR (Interactive Voice Response system), transactions based on Standing Instruction given by you for bill payments, Insurance premium etc and ATM Cash Withdrawal/Advance)
If you have a Term Deposit with HSBC, you can subscribe to receive an alert X days prior to the maturity of the Term Deposit.

If you are a Personal loan, Home Loan, Educational Loan or Loan Against Property customer, you can subscribe to the following Alerts:
| Payment Due Date Reminder | You can choose how many days prior to the due date of the payment to receive the message |
| Payment Overdue Notice | An alert will be sent to you when your payment is overdue. |
