Dispute debit or credit card transactions

If you spot transactions on your statement which are fraudulent or incorrect, you have:

  • 30 days from the date on your statement to report them
  • 45 days from the date of the transaction to send in any relevant documents to support your dispute

You can dispute up to 10 transactions online. If you have more transactions to dispute, please download and complete our Customer Dispute Form.

If you suspect fraud, you must contact us so we can block your card and send a replacement.

Important note

  • You can only dispute unauthorised transactions on your card account within 30 days from the statement date. 
  • To prevent further misuse, you must call us so we can block your card and send a replacement to your registered address. 
  • For security reasons, we will always block your card and send a replacement when you report unauthorised transactions.
  • When you submit this form, we'll contact you and may ask you to send in evidence to support your dispute. 
  • As per Visa and Mastercard's guidelines, any evidence to support your dispute must reach us within 45 days from the transaction date.
