If you spot transactions on your statement which are fraudulent or incorrect, you have:
- 30 days from the date on your statement to report them
- 45 days from the date of the transaction to send in any relevant documents to support your dispute
You can dispute up to 10 transactions online. If you have more transactions to dispute, please download and complete our Customer Dispute Form.
If you suspect fraud, you must contact us so we can block your card and send a replacement.
