24-hour HSBC Premier PhoneBanking services:

Enjoy the convenience of our simple, easy-to-use, PhoneBanking services. With us, your banking needs are well taken care of, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Post registration and setting up of a transfer limit, you can check your account balances and transfer funds between your sole-named/joint accounts (subject to the joint account signature mandate being either or survivor), or make payments to registered HSBC and third party accounts.

Eligibility

You are able to access the HSBC Premier benefits if you have:

  • Maintain a quarterly Total Relationship Balance (TRB) of ₹4,000,000 (Rupees forty lakh only); OR
  • Have a mortgage relationship with disbursal of ₹11,500,000 (Rupees one crore fifteen lakh only) or more, with HSBC India; OR
  • Hold a corporate salary account under the HSBC Corporate Employee Programme (C.E.P.) in India with a net monthly salary credit of ₹300,000 (Rupees three lakh only) or more into the account
